The Villas of Les Boix is a different type of project.
 The project consists of
50 semi-detached villas in a gated
community spread over 8.6 acres of forested land. It is
nestled on the floor of a valley at the convergence of three
ridges. There are beautiful mature trees on the property
which will be preserved wherever possible. There are also
several streams and springs that provide running water year
round.
The common facilities will be outfitted and landscaped by
Charisse Parsons who is well recognized throughout the
Caribbean as one of the most talented and creative designers.
The villas are in 5 different styles and sizes. All have 3
bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a family room, laundry, a double
carport and patios. What is absolutely unique about Les Boix is that homeowners purchase
the villa sites and build their own villas in accordance
with the approved plans using their own contractors and
making their own specifications.
This allows homeowners to decide for themselves how they
want their villas according to their own preferences and
budget.
Homeowners will decide on what type of doors and windows to
use; what type of roof cladding and ceilings; what type of
floor and wall finishes; what type of cupboard work; what
type of plumbing fixtures and where and how many electrical
outlets they want. It is even possible to move around the
interior walls to adjust the sizes of rooms.
The villa sites range in size from just under 2,500 square
feet to over 5,000 square feet. The price is based on the
area of each site.
Homeowners are assured of a high standard being maintained
throughout because any changes to the approved plans must be
a sanctioned by the developers. The developers will be very
flexible in giving approval so long as the proposed changes
are in keeping with the high standards of the development.
Homeowners are also assured of limited nuisance from
construction around them because it is an expressed
condition of the purchase agreement that construction of a
villa must commence within 24 months and must be completed
within 36 months of purchasing a villa site.
