The
entire project is fenced and along the Morne Coco Rd. it is
walled. There is a dramatic entrance on the Morne Rene Rd.
with artistic worked steel columns which are also street
lighting. The entrance is controlled by automatic gates and
a gatehouse manned 24 hours a day by uniformed security
guards. The gatehouse also incorporates the Property
Manager’s office.
