BREGON PARK LOT SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES The price of the lands is $70.00 per square foot for house lots. The house lots are a minimum of 5,000 square feet each. Some corner lots and others are larger than 5,000 square feet. Terms of Purchase: 20% deposit and the balance in 30 days following presentation of a Certificate of practical Completion issued by the Vendor’s engineer certifying that the infrastructure servicing the lots has been completed. Conveyances to be prepared by the Purchaser’s attorney at the Purchaser’s expense and submitted to the Vendor’s attorney for review together with a payment of $575.00 ($500 plus V.A.T.) being the Vendor’s attorney’s fees for the review. This fee is waived if the Purchaser uses the Vendor’s attorney to prepare the conveyance. The deed to include the standard covenants by the Purchaser in common with the covenants of all residential building lots within the Bregon Park Development.
